A desktop coding agent that plans, delegates and writes code with the models you choose — and lets you watch every line as it happens.

How it works
Type it like you'd tell a teammate. No setup, no special commands — AFH reads your project and gets moving.
The agent writes down what "done" means, then breaks the work into a to-do list you can watch tick off — and edit any time.
A lead agent hands pieces to helpers that run side by side — each in its own lane, even its own git worktree — and checks what they bring back.
The Live pane streams each file as it's written. Don't like a turn? Rewind the thread and the files, edit your message, send it again.
The app
Threads on the left, the conversation in the middle, the goal and to-do list right above your message, and the file being written — live — on the right.
The form is in place. A helper is writing tests while I wire the session cookie…
Features
The parts that make an agent dependable when the job takes hours, not minutes.
The agent sets its own goal from your request and keeps going until it's met — or tells you what's blocking it. Achieved goals are kept under the Goal button.
What the agent learns — how to run and test it, your conventions, your preferences — goes into the project's memory, and every new thread starts knowing it. See and edit it from the Memory button.
Every step shows live. Add, reorder or tick items yourself and the agent sees your edits on its next turn.
A built-in Helper plus your own agents. Watch any of them work from the top bar, see what the lead asked and what came back.
Tool arguments stream as they're generated, so you see code appear character by character — not after the fact.
Undo to any message: the thread and the files on disk go back together, and your message returns to the box to edit and resend.
Give a thread or a helper its own worktree, then merge it back when you're happy. Your main branch stays clean.
Huge histories are summarised in parts, in place — old messages stay readable, the model reads the summary. Runs cut off by a restart resume by themselves.
Run checks before or after any tool, add your own slash commands and skills, plug in MCP servers, and keep dev servers running in the background.
Tokens and cost per thread, budgets that stop a run, prompt caching on by default for Anthropic models.
A full Arabic interface with right-to-left layout, switchable live — plus 46 themes and a one-click light/dark toggle.
Everything runs and is stored on your PC. Your keys, your providers, your files — no account needed.
